Alpine City Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan
Click here for the city's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). Updated in 2023, the information contained in the CEMP provides guidance on how Alpine City will respond to an emergency or disaster while utilizing the Four Phases of Emergency Management: Response, Recovery, Mitigation, and Preparedness. In addition, the CEMP will provide an overview of city policies, procedures, and legal authority during an emergency. CEMP components include:
- Base Plan- information regarding policy and operations focused on coordination, command and control structures, roles and responsibilities, procedures, and resources for the City that support response, recovery, preparedness, and mitigation for all hazards.
- Appendix- reference materials and tools to support operations that include sensitive data.
- Annexes- standalone documents that focus on specific emergency functions.
