Alpine City only allows permits to be issued between April 1 and May 31 and between September 15 and October 31.
All open burn applications need to be done only through the Utah Division of Air Quality. The fire department no longer requires a local permit to complete the application process. The open burn permit application can be completed online. Completing this form online is the easiest and fastest way to complete the open burn permit application. An electronic copy of the application is automatically submitted to the county or municipal fire authority upon completion.
