Appeal Authority
The Alpine City Land Use Hearing Officers, as the Appeal Authority, shall act in a quasi-judicial manner to hear and decide variances from the terms of the land use ordinances, appeals from decisions granting or denying reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities from land use regulations, and appeals from land use decisions applying or interpreting the land use ordinances.

Fire Station Citizen Advisory Committee
An advisory committee to guide the project and address critical issues early in the process. The advisory committee includes a member of the City Council as well as some key Alpine residents and provides recommendations and input on the project to the City Council.

The Planning Commission provides analysis and recommendations to the City Council on matters dealing with the present and future development of the City, in accordance with the goals and policies of the City's General Plan.
