Utah Wellbeing Project Survey
Alpine City has partnered with USU’s Utah Wellbeing Project to conduct a public wellbeing survey and your voice matters!
The goal of this survey is to better understand the life conditions of people in Utah cities and towns and how different aspects of wellbeing vary from person to person and place to place. Results will be shared with your city’s leaders. We would like to hear from adults (age 18 or over) who are full-time or part-time residents of Alpine. The survey should take about 10 minutes. We will not collect any identifying information about you. Open comments will be shared with city leaders, but public reporting on the survey data is only done at the city level (not about individuals). All questions are important to us, but you may decline to answer any questions. For more information, contact Dr. Flint at courtney.flint@usu.edu.
Please spread the word and invite those in your household and community (age 18 and over) to take the survey. Please do not take the survey more than once. Thank you for supporting our community!
