The community open house was held on November 14th with good turnout from the residents. Thank you for attending. Here is the presentation that was given on the 15th after incorporating the feedback received during the day and at the open house. The group will be returning in February with more recommendations for the city. We will post any updates or information to a dedicated page as we receive them.

Join us for an engaging community event to explore the Main Street + Gateway Corridors Plan and Missing Middle Housing Study! Stay engaged and make your voice heard!
Let’s build a better future together! This project seeks to create a community-driven plan for Alpine City’s downtown and gateway corridors, enhancing the existing Historic Downtown Gateway Design Guidelines.
Missing middle housing refers to housing types between single-family homes and large apartments, like duplexes, triplexes, and townhouses. It provides more affordable, community-focused options, increasing density without disrupting neighborhood character. A crucial element is developing a safe, multi-modal transportation network emphasizing pedestrian and cyclist-friendly infrastructure.
