During the upcoming November election, Alpine residents will have the opportunity to decide if the city should enact what is known as a PARC Tax.
More details on what this tax is and what it entails can be found in the September and July Newsline as found on the City website.
You can also watch these videos created by Lindon City and American Fork for how they use their current PARC Tax funds.
As part of this process, citizens have the opportunity to write arguments for or against implementing a PARC Tax that will be included in the voter information pamphlet that will come out prior to the election.
If you are interested in writing an argument, please submit it to Ryan Robinson at ryan@alpinecity.org or Bonnie Cooper at bcooper@alpinecity.org by September 18th.
